About the event
Located on the Usual and Accustomed lands of the Snoqualmie Tribe, the “South Paw” timber sale threatens the Tiger Mountain legacy forest. This forest, located near the start of the Tiger Mountain Trail, is one of the most accessible legacy forests on Tiger Mountain and is home to massive Douglas fir and Western redcedar. The timber sale was originally scheduled for auction in 2023 but has been delayed.
Please join us on Feb 25th to visit the sale and raise awareness for our Legacy Forests.
